We were introduced to the tools used in their daily operations, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, along with essential hardware like NAS storage, i5 computers, laser printers, and cloud platforms like Dropbox. The company also follows specific policies including a no cellphone policy, black uniform dress code, and fixed working hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with allowances for nap and meal breaks.

The company culture also showed how discipline and employee well-being can be balanced within a professional setting.
III. REFLECTIONS ON POSSIBILITIES ON IMPLEMENTING SOME OF THE SEMINAR INPUT ON A PRACTICAL LEVEL (PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF LEARNINGS)

The use of tools like AutoCAD and Dropbox encouraged me to enhance my technical skills. The visit also highlighted the importance of planning, communication, and teamwork in achieving project goals—lessons that are valuable for both school and future career paths.
